This page is testing a skin applied on top of the "Fake WP" CSS style, which normally looks like this. Unlike the other look, this page can handle much smaller page sizes, since its widths are percentage based. It's not mobile friendly per se, but try resizing the window to see how it shrinks! I'd call it functional down to 800x600, at least.

This is the main div. Remember that unused "inner" class in the main stylesheet? Yeah, this is how it can be used. The headers go outside the "inner" div, so they can be all rounded and flush with the edge of the box, while normal text gets to have normal padding and stuff.
